How does it work?
Our cameras are plug and play, which means that as soon as you connect your cameras to a router they are ready to view. You may then view your cameras using the application software, from your windows mobile cell phone, or from any PC using our Remote Camera Service.
How many cameras can I use?
If you are connecting cameras using our Home Plug Ethernet bridge, than we recommend that you connect up to four cameras. If you connect the cameras directly to the router, than the only limitation is the number of available ports on your router.
What is the Remote Camera Service?
Our remote camera service allows you to connect to your cameras anywhere in the world where you have an internet connection. It allows you to view both stored and live images, and sends
SMS, email , notifications when your camera detects motion. Our RCS also provides each member with 50mgs of storage for saved images or captured video.
Can I increase the amount of offline storage for my account?
Yes. You can upgrade to 150mgs of storage for an additional 6.00 per month.
Can anyone view my cameras without my permission?
No. Your cameras are password protected at the user level. Which means that once you install the application software, you will be provided and opportunity to set a password for your cameras. That information will not be maintained on our servers, and may only be accessed or altered on the PC on which you installed the application software.
